El Nino Rocks!
El Nino is the baddest little Chihuohua (sp) in all of Freaky Friscoland. She's smarter than you or anybody you know and is cuter than a schoolgirl in heat. With her little punk rock jacket and princess collar, it's about obvious that she's running the social scene. Don't even look at her unless your eyes are almost worthy.
